Components: The Guest Service Gold training is available between two separate programs. Each option features seven different guest service elements that allows you to select the training that best fits your / your team’s needs.

The CGSP® exam consists of 30 multiple-choice questions and candidates must achieve a minimum score of 70% to earn the CGSP® designation.


Follow these steps

  1. Take the decision to enroll
  2. Register for training and exam. Select between a group training session or a personal training session.
  3. Attend the training session (4 hours online)
  4. Schedule the exam on your preferred date
  5. Take the exam online and get results on the same day
  6. Download your digital certificate. Post to social media. Add CGSP® designation to your CV.
  7. Receive your lapel pin and wear it with pride!

Certified Guest Service Property

Once all guest contact employees in a property pass the CGSP® exam, the property can apply to be recognized as a Certified Guest Service Property. Successful properties receive a CGSP® Certification plaque to display prominently for guests to recognize their commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
